Managed Services
External services, managed as one accountable workflow.
WellDash operates selected processing, storage and delivery services on your behalf. Managed Services are rated separately from the software subscription so costs remain visible, attributable and controllable.
What is chargeable
Managed Services recover external costs and the work required to operate them safely.
The charge includes the underlying supplier cost together with WellDash orchestration, metering, retries, audit, failure handling and operational support. The supplier used may change; the service category and charging basis remain visible.

Typical person-day profiles
Estimate a month from the mix of care days you actually expect.
These are WellDash Managed Services scenario rates, not raw supplier token prices. The calculator lets providers choose the percentage of recorded person-days matching each profile.

How charging works
Measured use becomes a reviewable invoice line.
WellDash does not absorb third-party consumption or hide it inside the software price.
The service produces a usage receipt
Processing, storage or delivery usage is recorded with its service category and operational trace.
The agreed Managed Services rate is applied
Supplier consumption and WellDash’s management of the workflow are combined into the agreed chargeable rate.
Usage remains visible before invoicing
Customers can see quantities, rated amounts, credits and adjustments separately from the platform subscription.
VAT is applied after the pre-VAT subtotal
The invoice separates the WellDash platform, Managed Services, VAT and final total.
